Luke Privette

Luke Privette

PT, DPT

Luke Privette was born and raised in Michigan’s Blue Water Area and currently resides in Fort Gratiot with his wife, Natalie. His passion for physical therapy began when his sister suffered an ACL injury during her senior year of basketball. Watching her successful recovery—guided by a skilled physical therapist who helped her return in time for soccer season—inspired Luke to pursue the profession. Combined with his strong interest in health, fitness, and helping others, physical therapy felt like a natural fit.

Luke earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Saginaw Valley State University and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Michigan–Flint. He has over 8 years of experience as a physical therapist, including 2 years working as a travel PT in a variety of clinical settings. This diverse experience broadened his perspective and strengthened his ability to treat patients from many different backgrounds.

He works with individuals across a wide range of orthopedic conditions and has special clinical interests in sports rehabilitation, balance training and fall prevention, the McKenzie Method, headache and TMJ dysfunction, and vestibular rehabilitation. Luke believes that healing is a holistic process and strives to support each patient not only physically, but also through encouragement, purpose, and compassion throughout their recovery journey.

Luke values collaboration with his colleagues and enjoys being part of a dedicated and loyal patient community. Outside of work, he enjoys playing sports, paddleboarding, camping, road trips, quiet time, and discovering great food.
