Todd Wolschlager

LAT ATC

Todd is a highly experienced Athletic Trainer with a diverse background spanning collegiate athletics, hospital-based physical therapy clinics, orthopedic rehabilitation centers, physical therapist–owned practices, and industrial settings. He is passionate about helping athletes and active individuals prevent injuries, recover safely, and confidently return to sport or daily activities.

Todd earned his Bachelor of Science in Applied Biology with an emphasis in Sports Medicine from Ferris State University and is certified by the National Athletic Trainers’ Association Board of Certification. He also holds a Titleist Performance Institute Level 1 Medical certification. His clinical interests include sports medicine, orthopedic rehabilitation, musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical care, and comprehensive support for active individuals of all levels.

Serving as a first line of defense in injury prevention and evaluation, Todd strongly advocates for every athlete and client he works with. He collaborates closely with physicians, coaches, and families to deliver individualized, safe, and effective care while maintaining clear communication and adherence to professional guidelines.

Todd’s professional experience includes work in collegiate athletics, orthopedic and physical therapy clinics, and industrial environments such as DTE and GM. He remains committed to lifelong learning through ongoing continuing education. His path into athletic training began in high school after shadowing an ATC at a wrestling tournament and was further inspired by his mother, a retired emergency room nurse—combining his passion for athletics with a desire to help others.

At Munger Physical Therapy, Todd values the opportunity to build meaningful relationships while helping individuals return to their routines and athletic pursuits. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, hunting, golfing, and being with family and friends.

Fun fact—Todd was born in Pigeon, Michigan, raised in Bad Axe, and now lives in Port Huron with his wife, two daughters, and their dog, Milo.
